-Personnel administration
-Manpower management
-Human capital management

The candidate for HRD Manager should have a
reasonable length of experience that led to him or her to have these qualities:
-Has an excellent grasp of teamwork dynamics at work
-Understands HR Management and functions
-Understands employee retention principles
-Confident and knowledgeable in hiring employees
-Knows the essentials of hiring

HRD Manager's FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
The HRD Manager will have functions and activities as follows:
-Decide on the staffing needs for the company's current needs and expansion
-Hire and train the best employees
-Ensure high employee performance
-Deal with issues on performance
-Establish employee benefits and compensation grading system
-Manage employee records and personnel policies
-Conduct periodic performance appraisals
-COnduct and/or Coordinate trainings related to skills and performance upgrading
-Other pertinent activities and functions related to Human Resource and Development

Road Grader Operator

Road Grader equipment operator for Virlo Construction projects.

Must be:
  • 30-45 years old
  • can work with minimum supervision
  • trustworthy with good moral character



Heavy Equipment Mechanics

To be in charge of heavy and light equipment repairs and maintenance at Virlo Construction's equipment depot and project deployments.

Must be:
  • 30-45 years old
  • Minimum 5 years experience in repair, maintenance of heavy equipment
  • proficient in oral and written communication
  • can work with minimum supervision
  • with NBI clearance
